Mud Conductivity Sensor For mud logging unit CL-DD11 conductivity sensor is electromagnetic induction conductivity sensor, which is used to measure the conductivity of drilling fluid.

PRODUCT FEATURE AND APPLICATION
There are two concentric coils in the conductivity sensor probe, namely: transmitter coil and receiver coil. The sensor probe is immersed in the drilling fluid, and the transmitter coil emits 8kHz electromagnetic wave, which generates alternating current in the drilling fluid in a closed state. The current in turn induces a magnetic field to be accepted by the receiving coil. The conductivity transmitter reshapes, amplifies and outputs the 4 ~ 20mA standard dc current signal corresponding to the conductivity. An integrated temperature sensor (thermistor) is installed inside the sensor to monitor the drilling fluid temperature and to correct the conductivity of the drilling fluid at the measured temperature to compensate for the conductivity value up to 25℃.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The conductivity sensor is composed of transmitter and probe. The probe is equipped with a protective cover, which can prevent accidental damage of the probe. Pay attention not to let foreign matters enter the cover during measurement. The sensor probe shall be cleaned in time to ensure reliable and accurate operation of the sensor.
PRODUCT QUALIFICATION
All sensors either are EX type or are intrinsically safe. Zone barriers are installed in the Unit. Using well-known brand products at home and abroad, the sensors of mud logging unit have the advantage of technical and performance indicators. At the same time, the service life is long.
