PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The sensor is used to real time inspect the flow out of mud, so it provides a basis for optimized and safe drilling. According to the linear equation of liquid, the Bernoulli principle and the force analysis, the functional relation between flow out and angular displacement of mudguard can be acquired. Consequently, once the angular displacement is acquired, the flow out can be measured immediately.

PRODUCT FEATURE AND APPLICATION
Flow sensor can be divided into two parts, one is the mechanical part, the other is the circuit part. The mechanical part includes bottom plate, bending arm, baffle, large weight block, small weight block, shaft, protective cover, limit block, big gear, pinion, etc. The bottom plate, bending arm, baffle plate and protective cover are made of stainless steel, while the big gear and pinion gear are made of brass.
