Privacy

Your inquiry stays in your email.

Anonymous measurement helps us understand whether the website is useful. It does not tell us who you are.

Anonymous website measurement

We record page paths, a broad traffic source category, and actions such as opening an email draft. A random identifier in session storage links activity for up to 30 minutes in this browser tab. We do not use analytics cookies or cross-site identifiers. We do not put your name, email, company, requirement text, full referrer URL, or query parameters into these events.

The measurement service runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Raw IP addresses and user agents are not saved in our measurement database; network providers process request metadata to deliver and protect the service. Anonymous measurement records are retained for up to 90 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable measurement.

You can disable anonymous measurement in this browser. Your email inquiry will continue to work.

Email inquiries

The form prepares an email in your mail application. You must send that email yourself. Preparing a draft or clicking a contact link is not counted as a received inquiry. An optional inquiry reference links the website action to a message only after we verify actual delivery to our mailbox. A member of our team then reviews whether it is a relevant business inquiry.

Emails are handled through our business mailbox provider, Zoho. Their content stays in the mailbox and is not copied into website analytics. We check Zoho delivery logs for the inquiry reference. The measurement database stores a hashed message identifier and encrypted, minimal delivery evidence to prevent duplicate receipt counts and support verification. Qualification records contain a review category, not your message text.
