PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
By using the principle of the continuity of the mud fluid, Bernoulli equation and the analysis of the force on the baffle, the relationship between the flow rate and the sensor baffle can be obtained. The angular displacement of the baffle can be reflected by the linear change of resistance value of the resistor, and the relative change of the drilling fluid flow can be measured. The change of mud outlet flow, compared with the inlet flow, can monitor whether there is mud leakage and formation fluid entering, and timely forecast well kick, well leakage and blowout.

Based on the continuity principle of mud fluid, poluli equation and the analysis of baffle force, the relationship between flow rate and sensor baffle can be obtained. A potentiometer is connected to the measuring shaft. The sliding arm of the potentiometer rotates synchronously with the measuring piece, which converts the change of the opening angle of the measuring piece (i.e. the change of the flow rate) into the change of the resistance value
