PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The sensor is designed to measure the torque of rotary table. As a result, the operating state of drilling rig and bit can be also reflected. Based on the principle of Hall Effect, while the torque is changed, the supply electric current is also changed, which is used to drive rotary table.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

SMC-ETQ-B11 AC/DC torque sensor adopts a closed loop structure. According to the hall effect principle, the measured current value is proportional to the output current of hall sensor, that is, when the measured current changes at 0-1000a, the output current of the sensor changes within the range of 4 ~ 20mA, and is in direct proportion.

THE OPERATING 4.1 SENSOR INSTALLATION

Open the sensor clamp, wrap the measured wire with foam plastic and adjust the thickness of winding, so that the measured wire can be fixed in the round hole after the clamp is closed, without shaking. Pay special attention to the direction of current during installation. The side with regulating port is the direction of current input, and the side without regulating port is the direction of current output. Do not install in the wrong direction.

VO (blue) : 4-20ma output

OV (brown) : ground

PRODUCT QUALIFICATION

All sensors either are EX type or are intrinsically safe. Zone barriers are installed in the Unit. Using well-known brand products at home and abroad, the sensors of mud logging unit have the advantage of technical and performance indicators. At the same time, the service life is long.
