Mud logging sensor named mud density sensor(in&out) The TSZ-DST drilling fluid density sensor is a monocrystal silicon resonance density sensor, which is used to measure the drilling fluid density.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The drilling fluid density sensor is a single crystal silicon resonant density sensor for measuring the density of drilling fluid. The sensor adopts EJA118W, a diaphragm-sealed differential pressure transmitter imported from Japan, which has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, stable performance, and good repeatability. The outer mounting bracket is made of stainless steel, and it is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life. The base is detachably attached with a long rod, which can be adjusted according to the depth of the mud. It is an important sensor for oil and gas exploration work, which can be applied to various harsh environments such as oilfields.

PRODUCT DETAILS
According to the needs of measurement, sensors are installed at the inlet of drilling fluid and the outlet of drilling fluid respectively. It is required that when the drilling fluid level fluctuates, the upper and lower flanges must be immersed in the mud, keep vertical and not tilt, otherwise the accuracy of measurement will be affected. The transmitter transfer unit shall be above the slurry level and shall not be immersed by mud.
PRODUCT QUALIFICATION
All sensors either are EX type or are intrinsically safe. Zone barriers are installed in the Unit. Using well-known brand products at home and abroad, the sensors of mud logging unit have the advantage of technical and performance indicators. At the same time, the service life is long.
