ALS2.3 comprehensive logging equipment has an explosion proof design which has features of thermal insulation, fire prevention, ventilation and secondary strong electricity protection, etc.; it is installed with functions of emergency escape door, toxic gas detector, smoke power-off protection and emergency power off, etc. There is a sight window with a fire - rate of A60, which is convenient for observing field engineering dynamics; there is a dust proof internal door; the dust proof door and the partition wall form a small chamber which can prevent dust from entering the work chamber while opening the door. The equipment cabin has adopted a continuous positive pressure draft structure; using thermal insulation refractory wool for the roof and the surrounding walls, it is has both features of thermal insulation and fire control, and its fire - rate has reached A60. The equipment adopts three-phase three-wire system for power supply, the whole machine works normally under a three-phase alternating-current supply with power supply voltage of 220 / 380 / 440 / 480V, and frequency of 50 / 60Hz.
The chromatographic analysis system has used a fast chromatograph XLSP - 2K and workstation which has domestic leading level technologies, with features of short analytical cycle and high accuracy, etc. It has electronic control over the gas pressure and flow, fascinating operation; the overall performance and indicators are stable, reliable and basically without the need of maintenance. The CO2 testing equipment has adopted Tianjin Xinhai Petroleum Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. self developed infrared detection technology based CO2 detector. It has features of high integration degree of the core detecting module, fewer influencing factors, accurate measurement, stable performance, easy operation and free of use of auxiliary equipment, etc., it is applicable to logging site on-line CO2 content measurement. Its sensing range is from 0.2% to 100%.
¡¡The Data Acquisition Unit has adopted a ( P+F) data interface furnished by the french GEOSERVICES company, its 4 to 20mA analog channels include 32 channels; the pulse channels include 1 channel of drawworks and channels of rotation rate, pump strokes to meet the logging work site requirements.
¡¡Sensors are well-known brand products from home and abroad, with advantages of good qualification, stable performance indicators and long service life, etc.
¡¡The software used in the equipment is ALS2.3 which is developed by the French GEOSERVICES company, and it has obtained authorization from GEOSERVICES.
